Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders $125 or more. This free shipping option will automatically appear on qualifying orders. Offer valid on orders of $125+ after discounts are applied (excluding taxes and shipping charges).

We offer $6.95 flat-rate standard shipping on all other orders. Shipping cost for Express shipments is $19.95 and Next Day is $29.95. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service.

PROCESSING TIME
Delivery time is determined from the date the order is shipped. Most orders ship the following business day, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 noon CST will ship via UPS on the next business day given item availability and payment verification.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present. Please note Jones New York will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays due to carrier related issues, severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside the 50 states within the United States.

Returns

Need to make a return?

We accept returns of all new, unworn and unaltered merchandise purchased from JNY.com, with original tags attached. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be accompanied by the return slip generated from theOnline Returns Center or return slip that came with your order.

We charge a $7 shipping & processing fee on all returns that will be deducted from your refund amount

We are not responsible for loss or damage to the product during transit. We recommend tracking your package to ensure delivery and protect the shipment in case of loss or damage.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Items indicated as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for a return, exchange, or merchandise credit.

Processing Time
Once your package is received, a refund will be credited based on our return policy. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return. Though we process your credit immediately, please allow one to two billing cycles for the transaction to appear on your statement. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of processing for your return or exchange.

I have bought Jones of NY women's long-sleeved shirts for many years, and they far surpass the Chaps shirts in the quality of material and freshly-pressed appearance they have straight out of the dryer. I prefer the classic fit to the tailored fit and hope they will make more classic-fit, long-sleeved blouses in the future.

I'm 5'6, 119 lbs, and have a narrow frame. Don't know why, but it's very difficult for me to find blouses that fit me and which have a good material, print and fit. I like blouses that are shaped but are not too tight or too loose, that are wrinkle free or easy care, which have a classic style and print, and are in the "winter" color palette. I'm very happy with this blouse which fulfills all the requirements. Now if I could only find some more..., and with a 3/4 sleeve. As most Jones New York blouses, this blouse is a perfect fit! Have not washed it yet, but hope it will dry without too many wrinkles. Although at first glance I thought all the dots would drive me crazy, after I tried on the blouse I noticed that the dots don't stand out. Please keep making this type of blouse and add 3/4 sleeve blouses.
